I have a Bolens Model 2028, Serial number 0302305. It continues to run after turning the ignition switch to the off position. I replaced the ignition switch but that did not correct the problem. Also, I removed the in-line fuse behind the ignition switch and that had no effect. The mower starts and runs fine. However, you can not turn off using the ignition switch. All advice welcomed.
Thanks Joe

Your ground wire from the ignition switch may be bad or your kill wire from the ignition back to the ignition switch is bad. You will have to trace out each individual wire. Good luck: Mark
