Hi there, i just acquired this little noisy guy. apparently i should be looking into new holland/ford dealers. Any great websites full of info I should hit first. I do not know how to determine the exact age except the gent that sold it to me said ~25 years old.

Already broke the belt would a standard proper length belt from fred meyer or a auto store work?

Also any recommendations of muffling this puppy would be wonderful. I only have it at half speed and full speed would be excellent but I'm certain the poor neighbors would not appreciate the chop chop noise of this beautiful engine

btw can i really attach accessories to this thing - did i get that lucky?

10 H.P. gear drives were not as nice as hydrostatic trans. for attachments but if you like gear shifting what attachments were you looking for? Does yours have the fiberglass (1972-1976) grille or metal (1977-mid 1980's)? the earlier mufflers are less money.

Did they make attachments for a Jacobsen Lt860?
If so what?
