Can any one please tell me the correct way to remove the pto clutch on my Cub Cadet 72? I have removed the two allen screws inside the notched housing. I got one of the screws out of the pulley itself, but two twisted off and will have to be drilled out. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

It is not necessary to remove the clutch basket from the engine shaft. There are 3 holes around the pto pulley that have cone set screws in them that retain the pulley on the idler bearing. Removal is as follows:
Remove 3 set screw locks from the pto pulley.
Remove 3 cone set screws from the same 3 holes.
Carefully pull the pto pulley off the bearing. Sometimes you must pry it off but try not to damage the clutch basket or fiber disk.
If you are going to replace the bearing you must use a bearing puller. If you are going to drill out the stripped set screws use a good quality drill bit and take your time! Good Luck!
