Has anyone ever seen such a thing as 1" inside diameter exhaust flex pipe? I have no idea if anyone ever has made any. Otherwise if you have to start from scratch to make an exhaust system, what kind of materials would you use. I have been told my 16hp Vanguard motors exhaust ports are not pipe threaded like a lot of other small engines. Plus the pipe thread setup always seems to loosen up and end up pointing in the wrong direction. Boyd.

i work at a napa store, we sell it but have to order 10 foot rolls. if your local napa store dosent stock it, they will probably reluctant to to order a roll just to sell 2 feet, it is fairly expensive, but ask them any way

The RV industry uses a 1" flex exhaust pipe for generators.

if you use a locking collar on the threaded exhaust you can put it at any angle and it stays
