I have asked this before but does anybody have any information like where the Flink garden tractors were built or how many where built. We have one and want some information on it. I know it has a wisconsin engine on it and it has 3 wheels. 2 in the front that drive and 1 in the back that you steer it with. They had many attachments for them but we only have a grader blade. I know it was not homebuilt because we have the owners manual and the originaal receipt somewhere. I have asked tons of people at shows and on the internet and nobody knows what they are. Ours is the only one I have ever seen. If you had any other information about them I would like to here from you. Thanks.

I don't know if this helps but during the early 20's BMW marketed a motorcycle called the Flink. I have also seen where Flink motorcycles were being built through the late 60's. It may be that the mowers were a spinoff of the motorcycle line. I did see that Husquvarna supplied parts for the cycles in the late 60's so that may be a place to start.

My uncle has a Flink Model 33 with a cutter bar and 3 gang power real flex mower attachment. The parts list goes back to 3/1/49. According to the reciept Flink Co., Streator, IL.. This unit sounds similar to yours in the 3 wheel design. His was bought from an estate. My uncle is in western Pennsylvania and is thinking about selling.
