I own a speedex s-24, i bought it disassembled and have it almost completly back together. there is a forward and reverse transmission on it and i was wondering if there was a two speed system having to do with belts because there is a dual pulley on the transmission, one small and one big. I have no manuals to go by so i do not know whether or not it does. Any help to finding out about it will be helpfull. if any body has a broken down diagram of the drive line of the tractor it be very helpful.

thanks kyle

Go to Speedex.com and you can still order parts, manuals, etc for older Speedex tractors. We have a S-19 and have gotten many parts from them.

the pulley is the 2 speed your talking about. just move belt to other groove and you got the other gear. i do have the pic of it someplace. give me time to dust off some old manuals. i cant email them to you though, snail mail ok ? chad
