Ford 120 moves slow

i have a ford 120 hydro that moves slow in foward . want to change fluid but cant find a drain plug. manual asks for M2041 Atype fluid but local dealer says type F trans fluid will work heard that there is a yahoo site on these tractors , would like the web address . dont see any filter on tractor .

If it is only slow in one direction, it could be that the linkage needs adjusting.

If this is from the Jacobsen era (late 60's) the drain plug is on the right side, and the filter is internal (requires removing top cover to access). I went thru this with mine a couple years ago.
