I dropped the deck and changed the mowing belt on a 20.5 HP rider. Everything went fine. Re-attached the deck. Now it won't turn over and start. (It did fine before). Could something have gotten misadjusted? Battery is 3 yrs old, but shows on the charger as fine.

If you mean absolutely nothing happens when you turn the key, you have probably disturbed the mower PTO safety switch.

It will do nothing, or attempt to crank, but it really can't. How would I fix this?

Put everything in neutral with the brake on and connect a jumper cable form the positive battery terminal to the big nut on the starter. If the starter cranks, you have a switch or solenoid problem.
