A couple months ago,I asked for advice on what to do with my Cub's worn steering unit.Based on the good advice,I studied the service manual and made some calls.Pulled the unit and a local Cub parts supplier looked at it and offered to rebuild it on the spot.Total cost: parts + labor = $41.00.Put it back in and what an improvement! Thanks Jim S and Dave for your help!
BTW Jim S, great new Cub forum! Will be joining shortly.
