what you have is a 1970 - 71 unico made by M.T.D.minus the starter-generator and a few other little parts. I have two of them myself. A unico and a penncraft. they are the same except for the steering wheels. the one on your unico is like the wheel on my penncraft. it should have a 7hp briggs on it with a two piece flo-jet carb. the model no. of the tractor is 141-669 the mower model no. is 191-651. i hope this has been helpful.

it is a unico model no.141-669. the deck is model no. 191-651. it was made in 1971 for wards. i have one just like it. it is supposed to be green and black. it was mase by m.t.d. i hope this helps.

Don't let the color fool you! The previous owner wanted a Case or Simplicity but settled for a can of paint slathered over a Roper clone. Check out the cast grill bracket, right angle drives on the deck, and the widowmaker rope starter pulley on the Tecumseh.

Thats a B&S not tecumseh.This is a unit made by MTD. There no cast grill
