I previusly asked about front and rear hydraulics going up and down together. The only response I got was this is correct. This seems a little unusual at best. If I have an implement on the back and the blade is on the front how is my tractor supposed to move? A little more info is needed.

You were expected to have a weight bracket in the front when using the rear hitch, and when using the front or mid lift, then you were expected to remove the implement from the rear. If you want to leave the blade on and use the rear hitch or vice versa, go to Northern and get a divertor valve and plumb it between the control valve and the mid and rear cylinders, then when one is selected, the other cylinder will be locked in the position it was left in prior to selecting the other cylinder.

Like Bob said, I am no case expert, but I think you can replace the origanial single valve with a 2 spool valve from northern hyd.LOL

The original Case valve is a two spool valve with the pressure on one side adjusted to 2250 and the other side adjusted to 750. Good luck in trying to adapt another valve under there in such a tight area.

You have to leave one implement off. I have 2 448 cases and 1 has a diverter valve that allows me to lock either the belly lift or the rear lift in place. The other one operates with the heavyst implement lowers first and raises last. If you have further questions email me direct. JIM

I am not a Case expert, but on certain Deere garden tractors, there is a lock-out link available to disable the cylinder under the tractor so an implement connected to couplers that share the same hydraulic circuit will function.

It is posible you could fabricate a link, or chain that will hold one implement in the raised position while the other one is free to raise and lower as needed.
