I have a Bolens 1700 Eliminator with the Kohler QT17 motor. I just replaced the engine seal on the front of the tractor. Does anyone know how to adjust the PTO clutch? There are four bolts with springs under the nuts that can be adjusted to set the clutch tension.

I have it together and adjusted to somewhere I thought reasonable, but I hear a metal on metal rubbing when I run it. Help!
