My original engine broke a rod and I've replaced it with another replacement engine. Everything works fine except the charging circuit. My original engine had two wires coming from under the flywheel(red/white with a two pin connector. The replacement engine only has one. Is there a way to hook up the one wire to my tractors charging circuit without having to remove the flywheel . Any help appreciated..

IT SHOULD HAVE TWO, BUT IF THERE IS ONLY ONE, RED RECHARGES THE BATTERY AND WHITE OR BLACK WORKS THE HEADLIGHTS, YOU COULD CHOOSE WHICH ONE U WANNA USE OR YOU COULD DO IT THE RIGHT WAY AND TAKE OFF THE FLYWHEEL OF THE OLD ENGINE, REMOVE THE STATOR AND PUT IT IN YOUR NEW ENGINE
