I found a 3 wheel cart for sale at the local golf course. It has what looks like a Briggs & Stratton lawn mower engine mounted over the front wheel and you stand between the engine and the cart and steer the engine/front wheel. Anyone know what it is and what it might be worth? Dan J

Dan, It sounds like it is a "RED RIDER". I cannot recall the manufacturer. When I get home tonight I can post a link to their website, I have it saved on my home computer. I have one of these. They are nice to use and hold a lot of stuff in the bed area. They do take up a lot of room though. Mine works well, and has a Kohler motor, 7hp I think. They do not seem to bring much at auction. I paid $145 for mine and two years later could not even get $50 at auction so I bought it back. Mine does not look pretty though. If they are in good mechanical and cosmetic shape I think they might bring more but who know. It is only worth what someone will pay. How much does the course want for theirs? I'll send the info tonight. I am almost sure you are describing a RED RIDER".
