Electric PTO Clutch died!!! ARRRR!!!

The electric PTO clutch on my Bolens QT-16 has quit working. I've checked the electric connections and verified that the switch and wires are working and I measure about 15 volts with the tractor running. I've also tried feeding the clutch 12 volts directly and it still didn't snap in, so this is how I made my determination that it's not functional.

My tractor has a 16hp Onan. Does anyone know if the John Deere 316 (or 318) uses the same clutch? Where would you start looking for a replacement?

Also, if I could find some place that could repair it, would that be any cheaper than replacing it?

Any feedback will be appreciated!

First point would be Sonnys Bolens in IN,I'm sure someone will post their Website. They advertise on opening page that they have electric clutches and field coils available. Was there a few days ago,but don't have URL hand right now.
