Yes it can run a tiller but must have the rear PTO option. There are some around or they can be made. The shaft runs from front of engine to rear along the left side of frame. These tractors were built as well as (better in my opinion) the cubs and JD's of the time and will handle any attachment available. They were built by Jacobsen and there is a club on Yahoo that will get you more info.

what is the club called on yahoo? I am looking to buy this tractor and I'm just trying to now what I'll be lookin at. The one picture shows 2 points to mount to on the rear axle, I can't really see if there is a third and I can't see a pto, due to the angle of the picture.
thanks
Thom

Some of the LGT125,came with a power take off. They were run by a pulley on the side of the engine and when the electric clutch was turned on it spun a shaft which you would have hooked to a shaft and yoe from the tiller. The tiller is lowered and lifted with the same arm as the mower deck.I had this machine and all attachments,I wish I had it now.I hoe this helps,Dennis

NO IT DOESN'T, ONLY HAS A FRONT BLADE. THE OWNER SAID IT HAS A SPOT FOR A TILLER TO HOOK UP TO, HE THINKS.

Here are some things to look for. #1 Steering should be easy with no play. Some adjustment can be made but not enough to take half a turn out of steering wheel. #2 Hydraulics should be responsive imediatly upon starting. Some older units with worn pump may be slugish till oil is warm. #3 Charging system. Tractor should have an amp meter. There should be some positive charge at startup. It wont last long if Atl. and rectifier are good. #4 Deck should be fairly quiet when running. Take main drive belt off and rotate blades by hand. It should move very easy and smooth. Any roaring or growling sounds when running at speed could be an idler pulley bearing. Not unusual and not expensive. That tractor in my area with deck and blade will sell at auction for around $500. I use a LGT 145 w/50" deck for my mowing and haven't found anything better for the money.
