David Bradley stopping/brakes

I was complaining about the lack of brakes on my David Bradley and a buddy looked at it and suggested putting one of those flexible brake bands (like on some go-karts)on the inside wheel hubs and connect them to a bicycle brake handle. Seems like it may work

If you are talking about the walking tractors, then yes, factory were wood pads on a metal shaft to the tires controled by a hand lever. It could be locked for a parking brake. E-mail me if you need a picture.
