Nice unit, Thanks for sharing. I am getting anxious to build one for my tractor so this picture gets saved with my other "samples"! Any idea what wall thickness the square tubing is?

Nice. Who made it, or is it adapted from another maker?

Just curious about how much you can lift/load with the loader and how much weight you need at the rear? Will it lift a bucket of gravel ok? Just today I was talking to the Simplitity dealer after work about a Prestige mower and loader. He mentioned how light garden tractors are in the rear and loaders are not practical even with weight at the rear. I was suprised to hear him talk me out of a loader. I have never used one. Looks fun.

It depends where and how loader is mounted as to how well they work. Notice the one here is mounted so weight is being tranfered to center of tractor from looks of it. Also looks to to be an old Ford / Jacobsen tractor - may be custom frame though.( Just guessing here )
