moto mower?

I just got my hands on a tractoer I thought was an old wheel horse until I got it home and started removeing layers of dust and paint on the sides of the hood it says moto mower anyone ever heard of this or who made it it looks like it used to be orange would like to restore but need more info. its all there and runs and mows great but does not have orignal motor it looks like it came with an elec.start new all parts still there

moto mower was a big company in the grass reel type machines. in the 50s they started manufacturing riders which were oddball as many were. in the 60s they bought the rototiller company from porter cable and started their tractor line from there. i have 2 pcs and 2 mms that are exactly alike except for the motors. i have found sears tractors in canada with the moto mower name and they are just like the sears tractors of 1970s.
