I have a DeutzAllis 916 that ran fine all summer long after I installed a carb kit & new float. After the tractor sat for ~1 month, it was time to cut grass for the last time.

When running the tractor, the engine would backfire occasionally and now, it will hardly stay running....u have to fiddle w/ the choke, throttle to keep it going....plus it continues to backfire.

It has a K341 if I rememeber correctly. Any help as to what I should look at as the cause ???

Thanks for any help!
