I just put it back togther It started up for me just fine. I was waiting for tires to come , I tried to start it , its totally dead. Any ideas onthe problem?

I had the same thing happen to my 128 cadet. It alway started just fine. Then one time it was dead. I just taped the Voltage reg with a screw driver lightly and charge the battery and it hasn't failed since. I think one of the points was stuck in the reg.

You're going to need to provide some more info. Is engine stuck, can turn by hand, starter working, etc. ??

I started it the other day And now its totally dead. It has a new battery , wires , new key switch , solinoid. I can turn the motor by hand . How can I test it for juice from the battery to the other componets?

You can use a simple light up tester available most anywhere that works on 12v . Have you had it started since replacing these parts ?
