Any value to old style garden tractors?

A friend has a Power Kraft with nice tires but partially stuck engine, snow plow, cultivator, and snowblower to get rid of.. It is one of those old garden tractor things you walk behind. It is probably poor to average shape.

Do these things have any value to them other than scrap? Any I have seen weren't sold for a whole lot over $50 even in running condition. Thanks for any input..

(It's spring time and time to clean up the junkpiles for the neighborhood..)

Of course it has value, especially if it has attachments. People do collect these types of tractors too! Most people don't realize how handy they are and how much power these tractors really have. Some only go for around fifty bucks but others go for more. That is also part of the draw. They are ideal for the young collector and/or a collector just starting out, and they dont take up much room. If you don't want it, advertise it. Someone will be very happy you didn't scrap it out.

Generally not big$ items.but they have their own niche among collectors and such. Also a nice iniy for the beginner to learn to tinker/restore,and don't require much storage/work space or hi-tech tools.

Ther is some value to certain kinds of walk behind garden tractors. It depends on how far to go to pick up and what kind as there is some rare ones . I have Waterloo which was made in canada and were shipped as far as Siam.
