Hello,
I inherited a tiller GIL 1573A with a Briggs and Stratton engine. I was able to get the engine running (doc on the web) and now I am looking for someone who either have the doc for the rototiller or tell me where to find it. Thanks.

It is a Gilson tiller, contact lawn boy and they should be able to get you what you need. I only have it on microfiche, so have no way to print or I would.

I am looking for a shop and/or owner's manual for a GIL1573A. Do you have either?

Thanks JT. I ready appreciate your contribution. I contacted them and still wait for an answer. I continue searching and a guy from Fayetville NY has some parts. This may help. Regarding the manual, I understand you have it on microfiche and cannot print. Would it be possible to send me the microfiche? I will print what I need and sent it back to you? How much would you like for that and what type of security would make you comfortable with the process? Please le me know. Thanks.

Im researching a gilson rototiller also. From what I can figure, reading the old posts on here, Toro still sells some parts for the senator line of rototillers, which is a rebadged gilson. as of 2002 Apparently the bronze gear that drives the tines is the weak link in the system. Gary
