To change out the fluid in your CC 129, you will end up pulling the rear end cover. Be prepared to collect about 2 gallons of hydro fluid. Once you have the cover off and fluid drained, clean the entire rear end out as best as you can. You will need the following to reassemble:
(1) IH-350837R2 Gasket
(1) 923-3014 Hydro Filter
(7) Qts Hyrdo Fluid, either: (a) IH-139029A2 Hytran Ultra (b) 737-3025 CC Hydro Transmission Fluid

These are the recommended parts per OEM, for this job. Others may recommend aftermarket parts & fluids, but the OEM does not recommend these - your choice.

The parts can be obtained from any Case-IH Dealer or any Cub Cadet Retailer.

Once you have the parts you want, to fill the transmission back up, there is a plug in the rear cover you remove (3/8" square drive rachet extension works good). With tractor on level surface, fill until (about 7 qts) until the oil starts to ooze out that fill hole. Install the plug and you are ready to go.
