Looking for ways to bypass the back-up and seat safety switches I bet!!! Seat switch I can live with, my wife and daughter scare me and I feel more secure when they are on and on hills and such. I know it will quit, if they fall or such. I like the implement off part too, they keep forgetting to do that when getting off for something. I DON'T like the back-up button. Just a PIA if you ask me. How they really expect anyone to NOT mow some in reverse?? I believe these items are less easy to "just unplug" or modify now days, as many have been done, I'm sure. Seems if you remove one, something else won't work right or etc. I'm learning to live with mine, gets more easier aned routine now after using awhile. Sure glad you don't have to HOLD the button down, just press before you use pedal. Holding it would be BIG pain. Just my 2 cents!

Link

If you copy and paste the above link, it will take you to the John Deere parts lookup for all John Deere products. I am not sure you will find a schematic, but it will give you a place to start, a real easy sight to get around.

Try asking your local dealer if they"ll make a copy for you. Some will, some won"t. Doesn"t hurt to ask.
