Ariens 935 series gear transaxle

I gather the manufacturer had the plant burned down som there are no parts available. I have a transaxle with one gear badly damaged.

Has anyone successfully fudged a fix - will any other transaxle fit the 11HP gear transaxle tractor ?? Any ideas about a possible replacement for this gear (46 tooth). Anyone successfully built it up and reformed the teeth ??

Any help at all would be appreciated !

No, if you will get me the complete model number off the machine with what you want, I will see what is available. That is a JB Foote transmission, bought out by Dana corp, most parts are still available.

I will sure get that info for you tomorrow morning early! You do surprise me - Ariens just gave me blank looks when I asked for help.
