Tom discribe the tractor to me . Does it have spoked front wheels an automotive differential and trans . I believe the 1947 model had a 8 hp Wisconsin engine . Check the Wheel horse web site there is a picture of one . I hope it is a 1947 for you I have talked to many people who say they have one from the thirtys and the little ones from the early fiftys , those just do not exsist Wheel Horse started making four wheeled tractors in 1946 . Bill in Richmond , Va.

William, Thank you for responding. I looked on the Wheelhorse website and my tractor looks likethe RJ models shown there however mine has a lift on the back that is activated by a lever. The front wheels are not spoked and the engine has a BS emblem on the side. Iwould like to find a picture of a 1947. The lady I bought it from was adamant that it was a47. She bought it from the original owner.
