I have a B110 I finally got running, this may sound stupid, but, which direction are the blades supposed to turn, clockwise or counter-clockwise? The blades that came with either weren't the right ones or my deck is spinning backwards. I have gone over the manual countless times to make sure everything is in the right place. Any help would be Greatfully appreciated. I want to get off the Craftsmen mower. Rusty

The discharge is at your LEFT, isn't it? That is the opposite of most, and the blades also turn opposite of most common units. Looking at them from the bottom up, they turn CW, right?

Are the blades held on with 2 bolts? If they were held on with a single RH thread bolt, it would unscrew under load, and the blade would fly off!

Most, more common mowers discharge towards the operator's RIGHT, and the blades turn CCW, as viewed from below the deck.

Thanks for the help, at least I know I was thinking right, it is backwards. Going the same way as the ole craftsman. Now, WHY? The belts will only wrap around the pulleys 1 way.

I wish I could help you. I had one YEARS ago, and can't remember how the belt was threaded.
