My mower with this engine has only been running on one cylinder for a short while. I figured out which cylinder was missing by checking the plugs. I swapped the plugs and now it won't start. I checked to see if the plugs would fire outside the cylinder. There is a very weak spark from both plug wires. The missing started during a hard pull when a belt came off the pulley and started binding up. Any ideas where I should go next.

Try a new set of sparkplugs first.

Check your compression on both cylinders and see what you have.
