Looking to upgrade my Simplicity Sunstar to the optional 26x12-12 tires. 8.50x12" wheels are easy to find. I am looking for a source for 10.5 wide ( togo with the 12.00 tires ) 5 hole 4.25 inch bolt circle which I'm told is the same bolt pattern as deere ect?

Kubota dealers have these wheels. They fit their Z-turn mowers. They sell for about $110 for a pair in our area here in East Tennessee. These wheels will fit almost anything with the five hole pattern. Older Cubs, John Deeres, Massey Fergusons, and Craftsman are some I'm sure of.

Do you have the 48" or 60" deck? I believe you could only use the 26x12x12 with the 60" deck. Just my 2cents worth.

I'd bet your 2 cents are on the money. My areas of least clearence are by the deck height hardware. THANK YOU, ( I have the 48 inch deck) You likley saved me wasting a chunck of money...

The 5 bolt pattern is used on Gravely 4 wheel tractors, Bolens garden tractors, Allis chalmers and simplicity, as well as Deere, and toro/Wheel horse. I think your best best is to find a zero turn mower for the wide rims. Many of the zero turns use them, and I know Toro has large wide tires on there machines. I've replaced many 24 X 12.5 and 26 X 12.5 tires on them a when i worked for a dealer a few years ago (also Exmark). Many other manufacturers use those rims also. One thing to watch for though is the offset of the center. Not all are the same. Some are mounted in the middle, some are to one side. I haven't seen a lot of variations, but I have seen those 2 enough to look before just buying.

THANK YOU.. The wheels currently on the Sunstar are 6" backset with only 2.5" to the outside. I'd like to go center line or less to the backset to push the tires out for stability. At the moment even though the manual SAYS 26x12's were an option, I been studying the tractor & I REALLY don't think there is clearence for 26" tires. In many places I have les than an inch and a half clearence with the 23 inch turf tires on the machine....( I'm looking to go AG tires..)

Seems like you could borrow one 26-12-12 from someone you know just long enough to see if it fits. For instance I have a friend with an old HT Bolens who would let me try one if I was looking.
