I have the opportunity to buy a 60" Bob-Cat commercial mower for $1500. Its rusty but the guy im buying from is a friend of ours and he says it works great. Its a front deck with the large wheels up front and small rear ones. He said its close to a zero-turn but isnt? Its hydrostatic and has a Kohler twin i believe.

I have a blurry pic of it but no nothing else about them. I"d like to find some more info. I would imagine getting parts is pretty difficult which is what im scared of.

Thanks

Ransomes I believe is owned by Textron. They also own Jacobsen. Engines and tranny's will be standard but other parts will be specific. Try to find out if there is a dealer close by. Parts could take a while to get. Dave

I have a old Ransomes/Bob Cat T3101 3-wheeler and getting parts hasn't been an issue.

From your description ("large wheels up front and small rear ones"), it sounds like it might be a Jaguar model. If so, many parts should be available from this place:

If you want see if parts are available you can call 1-866-469-1242. You will need the model number of the mower and you may need the serial number. Hal

I also have an old 3 wheel ransomesan't remember the model # offhand but it is a sixty " cut.
Seems to be basic off the shelf parts. Peerless 6 speed transmission. Repowered with a 22 hp Briggs.
