Antifreeze/washer fluid in the Cub Cadet tires

I have a Cub Cadet 128 for snow blading. I was cruising this tractor site and this was mentioned. Will this work for more weight? At least it wont rust. Washer fluid would be cheap. How does one dripple this into a tire?
Anyone care to expand upon this. Thanks

When i was a kid and we made our bikes into choppers i would put my tire pump in a tub with liquid in it and just pump the stuff in. You may have to burp the air out some while doing it. we did this back then to keep the front end down.

If you want to "do it yourself" my favorite is RV anti freeze. It has a lower freezing point than washer fluid,it is non toxic and won't attack the steel rims like the alcohol in washer fluid.
Some say never run fluid filled tires without tubes....never had a problem and have 4 pair without tubes.
My favorite choice ir Rim Guard. It weighs close to calcium, wont rust the rims,is non toxic and a pair of 26-12-12s was 30.00 to fill.

The GOOD think about CaCl is it's WEIGHT. It's a LOT heavier per gallon than water or washer fluid.

RV antifreeze is also non-toxic

I filled my lawn tractor tires with windshield washer fluid. Got a fill valve from Gemplers.com. Used a pump on the end of a drill. Put the valve stem up and start pumping bleeding air out as you go. When you hit liquid she is full.

Wiper fluid or RV antifreeze. Regular antifreeze is toxic to your critters if it leaks out and they love it. Only takes a good sized spoonful to kill a cat.

Whenever I need to fill garden tractor tires with fluid (1 gallon of automotive antifreeze with the balance water), I break the bead on only one side (valvecore side) and simply pour the fluid into the tire cavity. Then I re-inflate the tire. I know that one gallon doesn't sound like a lot and I wasn't convinced it would be enough, but I can say with certainty that I have never had a problem with freezeups. The biggest tires I have done this with are 26x12x12. Dave, from Sherburne, I am from Smyrna.

Just did this yesterday. You need the tool in the
link below. Then you get a 5 gallon bucket and whats
known as a floor flange about 1/2". Put a hole in the bottom of the metal bucket tough to seal a plastic pail but it can be done Bolt the flange from
your local hardware store to the bottom of the bucket. and get a valve and fittings to put a washing machine hose between the bucket and the air liquid adapter kit. Hook it all up put your liquid in the bucket, and wait, you have to let the
air out thru the valve on the Air Liquid adapter
quite often. Its best to have another project
going at the same time. Tire shops dont like to
do this because the hole thru the Garden Tractor rim is so small.

In my area they use used antifreeze for filling tires. Calcium is too hard to dispose of now and our Case/IH shop won't touch a tire with calcium. They can pump it into the tires. Hal

A local commercial industrial tire shop probably won't pump that mixture. But They have a product called "rim gaurd" it is non toxic non corrosive Beet juice. It is heavy.
