I have had three of these tractors and still have one of them. I think that they were built for Wards as all of them have had the Wisconsin engine with the Wards tag on it. In the Farm Tractors 2nd Edition book by C.H. Wendel it is shown as a Pacific H6 garden tractor built by Pacific Iron & Machine Company in San Diego California. They are kind of a neat machine. They have a hand pump hydraulic system to lift the implements.

Briggs doesn't make an AEH but Wisconsin does. In regard to Grand Haven tractors - they made a BC and a CC. I have a BC and it does not articulate and has a Briggs ZZ engine. The picture you posted looks as though it articulates like a Bolens Ridemaster or an Allis Chalmers G. "Crab steering" is when the frame is solid (does not articulate) and all four wheels steer.
