Hi, I have a wheel horse 257-H it resently threw the dirve belt. I have the owners manual for both the tractor and the mowing deck, but it only shows the belts for the mowing deck. Any idea where I can get the diagram so I can fix it ?

Thanks, Kim

If you haven't put it back together yet,,, take apart the tensioner in the back and lube it. It likes to freeze up from rust. With the hours I put on my 2 252-H models I got pretty good at replacing the drive belt. Also, what deck do you have. If you have the 37" deck, the tensioner on it likes to loosen up at the belt and lean over till it starts to chew up belts. I made a fix for that. The front plates that go down from the frame to the front axle will wear at the pivot and make the axle tilt back while affecting the level of the deck. Pretty good little tractor yet. The engine will outlast the transmission. I still have manuals from mine. boydhauls@yahoo.com
