My CC seems to surge. Just put is new rebuilt engine, had carb fitted with a new kit. I seem to have carb adjusted, but seems to still surge just like it did before previous engine "went south" I am told that the cams( for lack of a better name) that is, the plates on the side of the trans that have the slots in and one carries a spring is the worn problem. I noticed this when I had it apart How so I get the plates off the side of the trans? Thought an exploded view might help or any other explanation. Attention: Mr Bedell and others. Thanks DS
