If you want to build something with caster wheels on it. Find Ertle 1/64 Case IH self propelled windrower #14449. They have cast metal casters on the rear made out of metal. They do not swivel and are cast in one piece with the rear axle. But you can cut them off from the axle horizonally and drill them for a tiny nut and bolt and make them into a scale functioning caster wheel.

I am a member of Power King tractor group and a sister group. Just for the fun of it I built a model of an early PK also known as Economy tractor
from scratch with scrap steel items. I did have to
use the wheels from an old toy JD tractor but other
than that it is all hand made along with the bottom
plow that hitches to it.The wheels roll, steering
pivots and the lift assembly functions. It can even
be disassembled to a certain point as most parts were pinned or screwed together. Power King or Economy never offered a model and to my knowledge this is the only one around.

Me and my grandpa made a snow blade for the craftsman they used to have, I don't know what happened to it after he traded the mower in on the JD.
