70D my parts book goes from 1968 to 1971 and I do not show that part number you have listed so your could be different from mine. I do know I have to be careful when I open my hood because it hits the grill screen.I broke mine once and repaired it so far so good.

The 1968 through 1974 header panel moves with the hood. The panel is prone to crack if you aren't careful removing and replacing the hood. The hood fits pretty tight around it.

You also don't want an obstruction, say, a partially removed grill in the way when you open the hood. Many panels have probably been busted that way.

The 1963 through 1967 110 tractors did not have the header or headlight panel.

Steve

70D The black header that can hold the head lights or left blank moves with the hood on my 1970 and 1971 It"s heald in place with 4-1/4" short carriage bolts
