Troy-Bilt bought out Bolens, but support the old name and the new name under parent company "Garden Way". I am told the current versions of the bigger Troy-Bilt tractors are based on Bolens design. I may have read that current smaller riders are based on other designs. Ask any of the guys below for better information/ advice than I have. Under the Photographs sections at these sites, you can find Specifications pages with diagrams (including wiring); years of manufacture; and other helpful information, but you have to obtain membership first. Happens immediately, and is no-cost.
