I have a 15 or 16 HP 2 cyl Onan in my Melroe Bobcat and it is real tired. Anyone know a good place to get parts quickly and at the best prices?
Or..... Anyone know a good source for a replacement engine assembly? Thanks!

Take my advise-- Dont OH it-- You will have within $200 of same money as buying a new engine and it will use as much oil as before-- If you do replace it-- Install a oil cooler out side the engine compartment and use synthetic oil such as AMSOIL and you will be amazed at the long lasting setup you will have, Ohnan engines run to hot-- oil thins out and the cylinders wear and the rings don't hold== Rebore has not be efective from my experiance-- Good luck-- Mr B

You can also try your local John Deere dealership. They used onan engines during the 70's and early 80's.

Call your local Cummins distributor, or go to Cummins themselves.
