Looks like a nice little disc, tractor should pull it fine, would work good in a garden.

I have a Ford disk a little heavier than that. It has FOMOCO on the blades.
The 8N pulls it fine, but you will need a little weight on the front wheels to be able to turn.
I got to the end of my garden the first time I used it and went straight into the woods beyond.
My son and his friend had a good laugh.

You are pretty close on the wt. Mine has a heavier frame and should weigh over 900 lbs.

Your 8N will handle that disc. It should lift it ok though you might hafta learn to coax the steering with your brakes. It will pull it ok though.
Looks to me like it's a modern King Kutter or Land Pride with a little blue paint on it.
I'd pay a tidy sum if it had a nice Ford tag on it. Otherwise I wouldn't go over $300 for the thing. Thats assuming decent bearings. The blades look good from here. Maybe a little more$... Could the owner send you a pic of the tag?

Ford did not actually build any of their own implements so it is very possible that this disk is simply a blue "Ford" version of another popular brand. Nice looking little disk, though. I would think that it would be a perfect match for an 8N.

Dog--owner is advertising it as a Ford. Wont reply to any of my questions that I needed to know other than I should come look at it---seems odd that he has a reserve on it as well--thanks-Tim

I went to ebay and looked at the disc, If you check other items for sale he has listed 3 or 4 sizes of ford disc. Must have a source for them. He had a lot of positive comments with very few negatives. Guess we all take a chance once in a while. Are you close enough to pick up or will it have to be shipped?

Bob--close enough to pick it up--I noticed the listing says 4' thru 7' and was thinking he had some kind of adjustable disc. I didnt see any other discs for sale in his listings--everything else from clothing to cars to motors----thanks, Tim
