Antique john deere wagon

Have just recently come accross an original wagon frame that is for sale. It' consist's of the 4 wooden wheel's with steel rim's as tires.
I guess you would say it has the complete undercarrage made entirely of wood.
The wagon section is completely gone but a make shift box is in place. The linkage for the horse, is also in tack.
All wood appear's to be in good condition.
I had asked the owner if there where any identifying name plate or makin's on the frame but he was not aware of any at this time.

This inquiry is coming from New Jersey, would you be so gracious and give me an approximate value to such an item.
At this time, I am considering using it for carring customer's at a choose and cut tree farm in NJ. I do belive it could be used for such purposes at this time because of it's present condition...

My main interest is this undercarrage, but could you also inform me of the value of a John Deere wagon which is owned by a local farmer on the other side of town, and the condition of this farm wagon is all original and probably with it's original John Deere paint in mint condition.
