Help Identifying Mower

I'm trying to identify a mower I bought several years ago. The seller told me it was a John Deere (and it was green). Here's what I know.

- it's a rotary mower, not a sickle-bar - it's 5ft wide. - front 1/2 of the deck is taller than the rear 1/2 - on each end of the blade, there are two cutters mounted one above the other - apparently this thing could be used as a pull-type (as opposed to a 3-point type) mower, as it came with an axle, wheels, some sort of a hitch & PTO assembly to attach to the tractor.

- it was sold to me as a 3-point mower, but I don't know if it was converted to that by some guy with a welder, or if it came that way new.

Any ideas? I'm trying to figure out how this thing goes together, as I may be missing some parts used to adjust the height of the mower.

THIS MOWER WAS USED TO SHRED CROPS HENCE THE STACKED BLADES. I SUGGEST YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF THE MOWER AND TAKE IT TO YOUR LOCAL J.D. DEALER
