Is there a difference in the two other than spelling? dumb question I know. I was under the impression disk was round bladed implement with slight curved blades to work the soil. Is a "disc" like in CD disc. Dont really matter just wondering. Wanting to get my spelling in order for you all.

I looked it up in some IH and John Deere books. It's Disk.

Easy tip to remember spelling:

Disc ends with a c for cultivating.

Disk ends with a k for komputer, I mean k for kilobytes of storage.

sounds like your a winner mf poor. while your teaching people to spell how about teaching them to read over their post before they post them to see if the wording makes sense and if the spelling is right. just a pet pive (spelling) of mine. lol

Websters Dictionary says both are correct. "disc" and "disk" have exact same definition. Only way it matters is when it becomes an adjective. (ie. disCing) In that case, C only.

I'm turning in my application for chief of spelling police ASAP!

Before the grammar police bust me, should I have said VERB/adverb instead of adjective?
