Hello, I've been lurking for a couple years, and finally have something I couldn't find in the archives. Bought a Woods brush hog and I'm trying to figure out how old the thing is. Went to the Woods website to find a manual for it and can't match one up to it. Does anyone know about what time frame they made the model 60. The tag says Model 60 & M60-4. Fired off an email to Woods and got a mssg. back saying its a 1993. I don't think its anywhere that new. Tried looking around on the net and I can't find any that just say Model 60. The tag also says something about Woods Brothers, and I was assuming this might be an older mark. I saw where the brothers sold out in 1969 to Hesston. Anyone know when they might have made this model?

The Woods rotary cutter and mowers are not made by the company that built Woods Brothers machines sold by Ford Tractor dealers in the 50's. Your Woods dealer can tell you what the mower fits if you give him the full model number.
