3pt Tillage tool Identity

I have posted about this before, but I"ve learned more.

These are all the things I know so far:
The part numbers start with "ZO"
The frame and coulter bearings were blue (similar to Ford blue of the 60s)
The shanks may have been blue and painted over white or white originally
The shanks have "Unitcast" cast into them
It looks professional, not homemade.

I would really like to know who you think might have made this.

What would you call this tool?

i can make a bedder out of it except for the shanks. can you post a picture looking down on it. how wide is it. can you set the angle of the disk to where the would tilt up where they would throw up a bed to plant on?

Another photo looking down upon the tool. It is about five feet wide. No adjustments except for shank depth relative to the discs and frame.
