I recently bought a Belle City-New Racine threshing machine I have not been able to find much info on them except IH obtained "marketing rights" to them in 1909, and they came out with an all steel thresher in the mid "20s. A reprint add in one of my thresher books is dated 1928 and it says that their thresher is all steel and uses Alemite-Zerk lubrication. My thresher is a 20-32 with a wood frame and grease cups instead of zerks. Even though the frame is wood it does have sheet metal sides. On the side the number 30092 is stenciled and as I can not find any data plate I am assuming this is the serial number. It does have a wind stacker, a grain measure and is on steel wheels. Mine does not say Fordson's Partner, as I understand some 1925 models did. Any Info on this thresher, especilly sn. date would be appreciated, or if you could tell me where too look, would be great. I have "Threshers" by Alan King,"Threshers" by Pripps and Moreland, "Threshers" by Halberstadt and Encyclopedia of American "Farm Implements & Antiques" by C. H. Wendel books and none seem to say very much about Belle City Threshers.

Thank you!
