Primarily, I am interested in a brush hog and something to clear my driveway with in the winter.
I'm new to the tractor world, and seeing how this was manufactured in 48, I would really like to know if any implements of this kind are available. Are there any implements today that would work on this tractor?

Frankly, I haven't a clue where to look....

Nor, do I know of anyone around me that knows anything about tractors.... Especially, this one.

Thank you

Case model D is a standard tread tractor and I'm fairly certain it doesn't have Eagle hitch or any other type of implement mounting method. Probably doesn't have any hydraulic system either. There are all kinds of implements that connect to the drawbar, but that doesn't appear to be the kind of implements you want.

Does it have Eagle Hitch? That was Case's version of 3-point. It's not the same as standard 3-point, but implements like a back blade can probably be adapted to it without too much trouble. Trailer-type rotary mowers are available, but without remote hydraulics, lifting it up and down may be a problem. I suppose you could get a 3-pt cutter used and make it fit Eagle Hitch.

Measure the distance between the arms on the Eagle Hitch and the distance from center to center on the pins of the implement. The toplink shouldn't be a problem. I knew a guy who had a late 50's Case (630?) with Eagle Hitch, and he could successfully hook up to a Woods Cadet 72 cutter with it.

I had a case 311B with the eagle hitch, andmost all category 1 3pt implements worked fine with the tractor. Did have a few problems using Category II implements which seemed to be a shade wider

If this is, as I surmise, a tractor without Eagle
Hitch or hydraulics, about all you can do is find a pull behind style Bush Hog. Two sources are Tractor Supply CO and Quality Farm & Country;
both list this item in their y2k catalogue.
