Your disc axle should have a big nut on the end, about a 1 inch nut or bigger. You need to loosen that nut. If your broken blade is near the end of the axle, you can sometimes replace the blade by taking the big nut off and maybe a scraper or two. You will have to take the washers and spools off and take the blades off and replace. If your broken blades are further back on your disc, you will have to drop the whole axle assembly from the disk. This is hard work. You need help if you are dealing with a large disc. You can use your remote cylindar or your three-point pick up on your tractor to raise the frame of the disk off of the axle you are taking off. It would be good if you can find someone with a little experience to help you. It is difficult to explain this not knowing what kind of disc you have. Come back on the discussion board with the kind of disc that you have. I'm sure someone can help you more than I have. I have an old Burch disc and one made for John Deere.

Depending on the last time it was apart, you might have to heat the axle nut with a torch. Also the spools and spacers may be stuck to the axle with years worth of rust and dirt collected there. Can be a big job as the previous post said. The small size of the disc should be in your favor.
