My first thought was that it was a horse drawn 4 wheel unit converted to tractor drawn. The tongue sure looks suspicious, but the rear wheels would have been further rearward on the 4 wheel unit. Are those the origional wheels, or could they be steel wheels cut-off and tire rims welded on? My first guess, based on the beaters would be New Idea, but that is just a guess.

I have a mm ls300 that is just like it only yours is missing the shields.It should have a red tounge
and the rest should be yellow it should have mm stampted on bigger gears if thats what it is.if mm it is missing jack also

I looked at the gears, and it does have MM on two of the gears. It appears it was all yellow. As you can see in the picture, the drive from the wheel to the apron is missing and the gear has been changed. I believe they tried to drive the apron with a gas engine. I need to find pictures and info so I can fabricate parts. Thanks
