Could someone please advise the brand and features I should look at for a 3 point tiller for my Ford 860.
I will be using it for food plots after I plow.

If you want one that will take some abuse, buy a Howard! Lesser tillers won't take hitting too many rocks ect.. Link I've been custom Rotovateing with one of my Howards for over 15 years, and it's held up very well! Over the years, i've hit just about everything! When you do custom jobs like i do, you just never know what's in the ground. Robert

Hi there, I run my 6 foot Howard Rotovator mostly with a 45HP Agco Allis tractor. I do sometimes run it with a bigger FWA 60HP Agco Allis, but not too often. I use to run it with a 35HP Deutz, but it wasn't enough HP to run it right at higher tine speeds. This Howard has a Slectith gear box, that allows me to change tine speeds. My smaller Howard is 42" wide, and i run it with a small Kubota. It works nice for tilling in the rows before planting, and then between the raised beds after planting. My brother bought a Bush Hog 5' tiller, and one rock bent some tines!! He figured because he has sand, he didn't need a Howard. Bottom line is, buy a good one now, or buy another one later!! Robert
